Quick, Efficient and User-Friendly CRM for Health & Risk

We have now been using the AA system for c.18 months and it has been a great addition to the business. It is so quick and efficient to use, compared to systems that I have used in the Health & Risk sector over the last 25 years.

Very user friendly, the system makes day-to-day use straightforward and efficient. Adding notes and documents to the system is straight forward and efficient, and the facility to add tasks is quick and easy.

The MI output is excellent, and the renewals process is straight forward (but some form of renewals manager facility would also be useful).

The commission reconciliation process has also helped our business and we no longer require the use of excel documents. The aged debt report is great.

Overall, very happy with AA and would recommend to anyone in our industry.
