What’s included in SantéFlex Lite? 

  • The ability to host and manage all group schemes where eligibility is fixed per group. This includes the ability to host documentation.
  • An Employee App enabling employees to access policy information, manage upgrades, add/remove dependants, and opt out of a policy (if applicable and enabled on the policy rules/settings)
  • If you want to manage all scheme changes yourself, you can add and remove information in your Employer Hub where you can also:
    • Directly enrol and unenroll employees from policies
    • Access payroll reports
    • Access P11D data reports

Will there be additional costs in the future to use the SantéFlex Lite platform?

No, you will be able to use and access the employer hub and employee app free of charge. Nugent Santé or Santé Life will need to be allocated as the servicing adviser to your insurance policy(ies) in order to access policy and member information.

Should you wish to upgrade your platform and include additional benefits such as a Cycle to Work scheme or Retail Discounts, please note that upgrade fees and Employee user fees will apply.

How do my Employee's view their insurance benefits?

Your employees will have access to the SantéFlex Lite app, where they can access their insurance benefits, at any time and anywhere to suit their needs.

This means that employees will have direct access to policy information such as membership numbers, premiums, insurer claims telephone numbers as well as access to insurer product brochures.

What if I want to offer additional benefits to my Employees?

Your adviser will be able to assist you with other benefits that can be fully integrated on the platform such as Cycle to Work scheme, EV scheme and Lifestyle Discounts.
