Your employees will love our app! SantéFlex Lite allows employees to access their insured benefits in one place. Providing them with valuable information, such as member number, claims telephone number and a product overview. It also allows employees to add dependants and upgrade their cover (if this is permitted by you, the Employer).

All Employee amendments are pending Employer approval. Once approved an email instruction is sent to your dedicated support contact at Santé Group, reducing the administration burden.

Manage and communicate all your group insurance policies via our comprehensive Portal.

You’ll also benefit from our comprehensive Employer portal where you can effortlessly manage your employees and download essential reports for payroll such as P11D reports. The platform also provides a full audit trail for employee requests to upgrade cover, add a dependant or to opt out.

The affordable Benefits Management System with NO ongoing administration fees!

The SantéFlex Lite platform is available for just £495 plus VAT. There are NO monthly administration fees for the SantéFlex Lite standard platform.

Should you wish to add any of the ‘Optional Upgrades’, administration fees may apply.

Interested in upgrading your SantéFlex platform? You also have the option to upgrade your platform to include additional employee benefits, such as an EV scheme, Cycle to Work scheme, Lifestyle Discounts and much more. Please note that there may be a development fee to integrate additional benefits.

What’s included in SantéFlex Lite? 

  • The ability to host and manage all group schemes where eligibility is fixed per group. This includes the ability to host documentation.
  • An Employee App enabling employees to access policy information, manage upgrades, add/remove dependants, and opt out of a policy (if applicable and enabled on the policy rules/settings)
  • If you want to manage all scheme changes yourself, you can add and remove information in your Employer Hub where you can also:
    • Directly enrol and unenroll employees from policies
    • Access payroll reports
    • Access P11D data reports

Will there be additional costs in the future to use the SantéFlex Lite platform?

No, you will be able to use and access the employer hub and employee app free of charge. Nugent Santé or Santé Life will need to be allocated as the servicing adviser to your insurance policy(ies) in order to access policy and member information.

Should you wish to upgrade your platform and include additional benefits such as a Cycle to Work scheme or Retail Discounts, please note that upgrade fees and Employee user fees will apply.

How do my Employee's view their insurance benefits?

Your employees will have access to the SantéFlex Lite app, where they can access their insurance benefits, at any time and anywhere to suit their needs.

This means that employees will have direct access to policy information such as membership numbers, premiums, insurer claims telephone numbers as well as access to insurer product brochures.

What if I want to offer additional benefits to my Employees?

Your adviser will be able to assist you with other benefits that can be fully integrated on the platform such as Cycle to Work scheme, EV scheme and Lifestyle Discounts.
