Before installation of this App, you must indicate your agreement to our terms and conditions, that you have read the privacy policy and consent to our processing your personal data provided by you to us in the App as described in this Privacy Policy. We will process your personal data as part of our agreement to provide the App.

Sante Group Limited is the Data Controller for the purposes of Data Protection Law and is responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data (collectively referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy) and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for the products and services we provide you. Personal Information
We will only process your personal information for the purpose for which we collect it and we will only collect and process the information you give us. This information includes your name, date of birth, email address, phone number and your employer name (where applicable), which is used for the purpose of App registration and to verify your identity including two factor authentication. We will only send you direct marketing communications by email or text if we have your consent. You have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

When do we share your Personal Information?
As a necessary part of providing you with the services of the App we will only share your information with the third parties we use. In order to provide you with ‘MY GP’ and your ‘Online Identity Protection’ our Partners will request more personal identifiable information from you, which will be processed in line with their own Privacy terms. We only work with trusted suppliers where there is an agreement in place to protect your data and in compliance with data protection regulations.
How long do we keep your information for?
We will not keep your personal information longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was provided and will be managed in accordance with our data retention policy. We only retain your personal data for as long as you are a user of the App. We will delete all personal data held relating to you upon notification by your employer. However, to meet our regulatory obligations we must keep basic information about our App users for six years after they cease using our service.
