Each brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective, ensuring we remain at the forefront of health, life insurance, and employee benefits. Let’s introduce them!
Lorraine Tomkins – Client Support Adviser
Lorraine joins us with over eight years of experience, having worked at Chase Templeton and later Towergate Health & Protection. She’s well-versed in managing large client groups and is excited to reunite with some familiar faces here at Santé. Outside of work, Lorraine is kept busy by her five children, with ages ranging from 32 to 13! When not playing taxi driver, she enjoys walking, football, and spending time with her family. Lorraine is eager to dive into Santé’s processes and systems, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.
Zara Baillie – Compliance Monitoring Officer
Zara brings a fascinating and varied background to the team, having worked in sales and compliance before a brief stint as a prison officer. Realising her passion lay elsewhere, she’s excited to return to the financial sector, this time in compliance. Zara’s expertise in auditing and investigations will be invaluable as we continue to refine our compliance processes. Outside of work, Zara is a dedicated gym-goer and powerlifter, frequently competing on weekends. She loves hiking, with Snowdon and Mam Tor among her completed challenges and looks forward to growing within Santé through the many learning opportunities available.
Sarah Bailey – Client Support Adviser (Santé Life)
Sarah is no stranger to the financial services industry, having worked for ten years with an IFA specialising in pensions, savings, and investments. After a rewarding period as a teaching assistant, Sarah is eager to return to the world of finance and we’re delighted she’s chosen to join us at Santé Life. She brings a wealth of knowledge and we’re excited to see her thrive in her new role. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys fell walking in the Lake District, live music, and comedy shows. She’s slowly ticking off the Wainwrights and even finds time for kayaking and stand up paddleboarding!
Hollie Jones – Client Support Administrator
Hollie’s journey to the financial sector is a creative one! After working as a hairstylist, helping clients look and feel their best, she’s excited to embark on a new career path with Santé. With a passion for painting and colouring, Hollie brings a creative flair to everything she does. She’s also a gym enthusiast and is eager to see how her new role unfolds, excited about the opportunities for growth and development ahead.
